Non-Refundable Items

Late Requests

Alvora reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer a mutually agreed resolution in lieu of a full refund, including but not limited to store credit, a partial refund, or discount codes. Customers acknowledge and agree that Alvora will first seek to resolve any claim or dispute through such alternative remedies before determining, in its sole discretion, whether a full refund is warranted.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

The return address will be sent to you once a refund is approved.

The return shipping fee will be covered by us.

It can take up to 30 days for your refund to be processed and the money to be returned to your bank account.
